  No frozen drinks available again!! Gave normal coke as substitute, but small size. Every time I stop here they have a problem with the frozen drinks. Fix your bloody machine already.

  I was waiting for a total of 22 minutes before I decided they can keep the $5 and I will never be taking my business there again. Poorly trained staff who do not follow the simple steps is what ruined it for me there.

  I made my order of two simple whopper jnrs, while I was waiting I watched 4 other customers who ordered full meals and received them before my simple 2 burger order (not in a meal)

  Well what a awful experience we just had to this hungry Jacks. Asked for 2 x 5 for $5.95 with 2 flat whites in our reusable cups. We were sharply told .".we will put them in our cups and you can then pour them in your cups"..I replyed "we are trying to reduce waste what you just told us is laughable" "that's just our policy" she replyed.

  And to top it off the coffee was cold and the food disgusting ... they got a very simple order wrong. Not a good start to our early morning road trip.....
